Caesars accepts early bets for mobile sports betting in North Carolina on the casino property

The pre-registration period for North Carolina sports betting apps began Friday, with the full launch scheduled for March 11 at 12 p.m. However, Caesars has been given the opportunity to begin accepting mobile bets before that date.

Caesars, one of the top sports betting sites in the North Carolina sports betting scene, leveraged its partnership with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and a provision in the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act to accept mobile sports betting on the premises of two state-owned casinos March 1.

A press release from Caesars on Friday said: “Caesars Entertainment, Inc. today announced that its leading sports betting platform, Caesars Sportsbook, became the first sportsbook to launch legalized mobile sports betting in the state of North Carolina. “Enabled by the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and.” Through Caesars’ expanded relationship with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, the Caesars Sportsbook app now exclusively accepts mobile sports betting at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, NC, Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel in Murphy, NC and the surrounding Eastern Band of Cherokee Indian Tribal Lands.

What it all means

Caesars is now accepting bets for those 21 and older in the North Carolina market. The other seven best sports betting apps can offer sports betting starting March 11th.

However, as previously mentioned, you must be on tribal lands such as “Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, NC, Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel in Murphy, NC, or surrounding areas” to bet on the best sports betting -Access promos in North Carolina and bet at Caesars Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

An 11-day lead over the other top sportsbooks could pay huge dividends, prompting bettors to use a Caesars promo code and bet there before turning to the competition.

Relationship pays off

Caesars is the only sportsbook that had a presence in the state prior to the legalization of mobile sports betting.

Since 2021, there has been a partnership with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians to offer brick-and-mortar sports betting.
